Do you offer custom gifts? Absolutely, our create your own option lets you custom your gift from the box type right down to the gift tag.
Can I send a gift direct to my loved one? You sure can, just enter their delivery address and your personalised message at the checkout. We'll hand write your gift message and send it on it's merry way to your someone special.
How much is shipping? Shipping outside of Wollongong is a flat rate of $14. We offer local delivery at a flat rate of $5.00 for all Wollongong orders.
How long will it take for my gift to arrive? All standard gift boxes are shipped within 48 hours. Please allow an additional 48 hours for custom keepsake gift boxes to be engraved and dispatched. Once your delivery has been dispatched we are unable to take responsibility for any delays. The delivery time is dependant entirely upon couriers but estimated delivery times are detailed below.

Do I need to be home for my delivery? No, all of our gift boxes are marked with 'Authority to Leave' to ensure you get them as quickly as possible. The courier will leave them in a safe place for you or your loved one to come home to.
Do you offer express shipping? As all our gift boxes are sent with carbon neutral delivery, express shipping isn't something that we offer at this time.
Can I place a bulk or bespoke order? Absolutely, we're always happy to help you create the perfect custom gift, whether it's for clients or friends. If you'd like to place a bulk or bespoke order please fill in our contact form with your request and we'll be in touch ASAP.
Do you accept returns? We don't accept any returns or exchanges on purchases unless the item arrives damaged, so we encourage you to triple check you're happy with your gift before checking out. In the unlikelihood that your products arrived damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact form with images and details of the damage.
